The Gastronomic Week Menu

As part of Lithuania’s annual Gastronomy Week, we invite you to discover a menu inspired by ancestral cooking traditions, the primal element of fire, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.

Our menu brings together rich, savoury flavours, deep umami notes, and vibrant acidic and fruity accents. Crispy beef bites with Béarnaise sauce, koji tartare with black garlic emulsion and currants, and Rioplatense beef sirloin accompanied by beetroot, goat’s cheese, orange, and hazelnuts reflect our contemporary approach to open-fire cooking.

The experience concludes on a delicate note with a hazelnut tartlet and raspberries — a celebration of balance, seasonality, and the art of bringing ingredients to life through fire.
